The property is suitable for up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a king-size (5’) double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed with another one stowed underneath.
The cottage has a large living room with traditional open fireplace. There is a door to the stairwell, leading to the two bedrooms and a shower-room with basin and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, washing machine, cooker and micro-wave oven.
There is heating throughout and the cost of electricity is included in the rent. The cottage has a garden and parking for two cars at the front and a secure rear garden with herbaceous and perennial flowering plants and a patio. A portable barbecue and garden chairs are provided.
This is a peaceful retreat and, as such, the cottage does not have a TV or telephone. It does, however, have a radio, CD/mini-disc and portable DVD player, as well as a stock of CDs, DVDs, books and games.
